About the Role:
Euler Motors is building India's most capable commercial electric vehicles, backed by a rapidly scaling dealer, sales and service network across the country. The Program Manager in the CEO's Office - Sales & Service acts as a force-multiplier for the leadership team, driving the company's most strategic, cross-functional programs across Sales, After-Sales Service, Network Expansion and Customer Experience. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move fluidly between the boardroom and the field, translate strategy into on-ground execution, and unblock the bottlenecks that matter most to revenue, retention and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic program management: Own end-to-end delivery of priority CEO-sponsored programs across Sales and Service - defining scope, milestones, owners and success metrics, and driving them to closure.
- Sales performance & network growth: Partner with the sales organization to track dealer/channel expansion, retail and fleet sales targets, and market penetration plans; surface risks early and coordinate trade-offs on pricing, financing and channel mix.
- Service & after-sales excellence: Drive initiatives on service network expansion, spare parts availability, uptime, first-time-fix rate and warranty cost; build visibility into service quality and de-risk gaps in field support.
- Customer experience: Support programs that improve customer onboarding, satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) and lifecycle engagement; connect frontline feedback from dealers and service centers with product and policy decisions.
- Decision support: Prepare crisp analyses, dashboards and board / investor material; convert ambiguous problems into structured recommendations for the CEO and leadership team.
- Cross-functional alignment: Run governance cadences, drive accountability across Sales, Service, Marketing and Operations, and represent the CEO's Office in operational reviews.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience across program/project management, strategy, consulting or sales & service operations - ideally within automotive, EV, mobility or B2B/B2C hardware businesses.
- Demonstrated exposure to two or more of: Sales/Channel Management, After-Sales Service, and Customer Experience.
- Strong first-principles problem solving with excellent analytical and structuring skills (advanced Excel; comfort with data).
- Ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes across senior stakeholders, dealers, and field teams.
- B.E./B.Tech in a core engineering discipline; MBA from a premier institute preferred.
- High agency, bias for action, and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; willingness to travel for field visits.
