Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to existing Kotak Life Insurance customers for policy renewal Explain policy details, renewal benefits, and payment procedures clearly Ensure timely renewals and achieve assigned sales targets Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups.
