Job Title: Sales Administrator / Sales Operations Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience from Solar Power/ EV Batteries or any technical background is higly preferred.

Role Summary:

The Sales Administrator will support and manage end-to-end sales operations, CRM, and lead management. This role will also act as a business analyst for the sales team, supporting planning, performance review, and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CRM systems (Odoo or similar) and ensure accurate sales data.
• Handle lead generation, qualification, and distribution to the sales team.
• Qualify leads before assigning them to sales executives.
• Coordinate and manage sales trips, including
  
  international travel planning.
• Support sales events such as exhibitions, roadshows, and seminars.
• Track and analyse monthly sales team performance and prepare reports.
• Act as a sales business analyst, providing insights and improvement suggestions.
• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and follow-ups.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with distribution and warehouse teams for smooth order execution.
• Support sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong experience in CRM and sales software (Odoo preferred).
• Good understanding of sales operations and lead management.
