Warehouse Manager - Euronet Electronics LLC

Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end warehouse operations ensuring safe storage, accurate inventory control, and timely dispatch of solar panels, batteries, electronics, and spare parts, while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
2. Ensure proper handling and storage of solar equipment, batteries, electronic components, and spare parts
3. Maintain accurate inventory records (FIFO / FEFO where applicable)
4. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams
   
   for timely order fulfillment
5. Supervise warehouse staff and ensure productivity, discipline, and safety
6. Ensure compliance with HSE, fire safety, and material handling standards
7. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
8. Manage warehouse documentation, GRNs, delivery notes, and asset records
9. Reduce damages, losses, and discrepancies through strong controls
10. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with transporters

Qualifications & Experience

1. Experience in solar, batteries, electronics, electricals, spare parts, or technical products
2. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
3. Ability to handle heavy, sensitive, and high-value technical items
4. Basic knowledge of ERP / inventory systems

5. Good leadership and coordination skills
6. Diploma / Bachelor's in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Logistics, or related field
7. 5+ years of warehouse management experience
8. UAE/GCC experience preferred
