Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for an Assistant Sales Manager at Eusu Logistics. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the companys client base. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to meet client needs. The individual will also focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall business development of the organization.
Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in sales, business development, and account management
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to prepare and implement sales strategies and conduct market research

  • Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, or related industries is preferred
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
