• Position: HR SPOC
• Location: Zirakpur
• Experience: 2 to 5 Years
• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or related field
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Shift: 9 Hours
• Gender: Open to All

What You Will Do

• Manage employee queries related to attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR policies
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and assigned departments
• Handle employee grievances, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution
• Conduct one-to-one employee counselling and provide appropriate support
• Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives
• Support performance management and employee feedback
• Maintain HRMIS/HRMS records and prepare HR reports
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes

What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Empathetic, approachable, and people-oriented personality
• Good knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Strong counselling and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to handle confidential employee matters professionally
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS/HRMIS
