Role & Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and qualify top-tier candidates across tech and non-tech verticals using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles—from role scoping and stakeholder alignment to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles using proactive outreach, market mapping, and candidate relationship management.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and design structured interview processes.
• Design and implement data-driven recruitment strategies to reduce time-to-fill, improve quality-of-hire, and optimize cost-per-hire.
• Represent Evarastaffing at campus drives, industry events, and virtual career fairs to strengthen employer branding and talent capture.
