Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Inside Sales:
- Identify and qualify leads through online research, databases, social platforms, inbound inquiries, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and follow up with leads to nurture interest and build relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and ensure a smooth sales process.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generationpreferably in the event, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with B2B or corporate clients in the events or hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of event types (MICE, social, brand activations) and the event sales lifecycle.
- Understanding of lead nurturing and sales funnel optimization.
- Experience in B2B event sales or corporate event planning.
