Evergreen Enterprises was established in 2013, Bore well, Mining, Drilling Contracting works, Our head office located @ Erode, TN, Being a service provider company for construction and Infrastructures. We offer Solutions to Hydro Power projects, Dams, Tunnels, & Solar Power Plants, Commercial Buildings and other civil engineering works. We also supply construction equipment in India and abroad also.

We have diversified our activities into drilling, grouting works such as TAM grouting, Consolidation grouting, Curtain grouting, Tunnel Contact Grouting, Slope Stabilization works such as Rock Anchors, Rock Bolting, Self Drilling Anchors (SDA), Shotcreting, Rock Fall barriers, High Tensile Mitigation, Micro piling, Ground anchors, Prestressing and other Civil works. The company has all the state of the art machinery like, DTH Drilling Rig, Rotary Drilling Rig, Crawler Drilling Rig and Tractor Drilling Rig.

Position:Business Development Manager

Location:Ivory Coast (West Africa)

• Experience:Minimum 8–10 years
• Industry:Water Pipeline, Bore well Drilling, Water Supply, Irrigation, and EPC Infrastructure Projects
• Preferred Experience:Candidates with proven business development experience in African countries, especially West Africa, will be given preference.
• Language:English is mandatory; French language proficiency will be an added advantage.

• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in tender management and contract negotiation.
• Ability to establish long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of EPC contracting and project lifecycle.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Water transmission and distribution pipelines (HDPE, DI, MS, uPVC).
• Bore well drilling and groundwater development.
• Pumping stations and water supply systems.
• Water treatment and rural water supply projects.
• EPC project execution and contract management.
• International tendering and proposal preparation.
