About the Role
The Shift Manager & Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Subway restaurant. This position focuses on maintaining service excellence, operational efficiency, and team development while achieving business targets in line with Subways global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) by implementing cost controls, managing inventory, optimizing labor, and reviewing financial performance reports.
• Handle staff scheduling, training, and development to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with all operational and safety standards, including food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and uphold brand standards at all times.
• Drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction through superior service delivery.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of restaurant staff.
• Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and achieve business goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in restaurant or QSR operations (Quick Service Restaurants / Fast-Food industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L management, team handling, and operations.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service, quality assurance, inventory control, and revenue management.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Educational Qualification:
