Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design from concept to completion, develop detailed drawings and specifications, and ensure that designs align with functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and overseeing integration of design elements across disciplines. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, reviewing technical documentation, mentoring junior team members, and supporting continuous improvement in design standards and processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess Integration skills, ensuring seamless coordination between structural, MEP, interior, and external design components.
• Candidates should possess Software Development awareness sufficient to collaborate on design-related tools, workflows, or BIM-integrated systems where relevant.
• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; advanced qualifications or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or equivalent) and strong technical drawing skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
