Business Development Associate

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key player in expanding our client base by actively seeking out and securing new business opportunities.

What you will do: You'll research potential clients, pitch our consulting services, and manage the sales process from lead generation to contract signing.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Track and report on key sales metrics, including conversion rates and revenue generated.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the consulting industry (preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
