Job Description

Looking for a Graphic Designer with 1 - 2 year experience.

We&aposre seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth through new client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agency sales and a deep understanding of digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Lead discovery calls and pitch meetings with decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with enterprise-level clients
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM and provide regular pipeline updates
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping of projects
  • Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Identify market trends and provide competitive intelligence
  • Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts
  • Strong network of industry contacts and relationships
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
