Job Description
- As an Event Executive - Nominations for Awards at Bandra, Mumbai, your role involves soliciting nominations/entries for awards from potential candidates, generating revenue for events, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders through emails, calls, and meetings. You will be responsible for generating audiences for events, updating databases, coordinating with various teams for smooth event execution, and collaborating with the sales team to promote event participation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Solicit nominations/entries for awards, encouraging maximum participation and maintaining high submission standards
- Generate revenue for events
- Follow up diligently with stakeholders via emails, calls, and meetings
- Generate audiences for events through strategic marketing and promotional activities
- Update and share relevant databases, maintaining accurate records
- Ensure entry fees are paid before presentation to the jury, following established timelines and procedures
- Collaborate with the Tech team to implement event-related technologies
- Coordinate with the design team to develop visually appealing event materials
- Liaise with the sales team to promote event participation and sponsorship opportunities
**Key Result Areas:**
- Achievement of targets set for each event (e.g., number of attendees, entries)
- Leads generated for partner/custom events

In addition to the responsibilities mentioned, you will work closely with the Tech and design teams, align strategies with the sales team, and contribute to the overall success of events.
