Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various functions.
- Set manpower plans for divisions and departments on annual basis, revise them from time to time and determine vacancies and the best recruitment process and solutions.
- Review job descriptions as per manpower budget and current positions existed in the Company.
Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including Team tailor, social media (LinkedIn), and professional networks.
Stakeholder Management:

- Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and a seamless hiring process.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor practices to refine and enhance our recruitment strategies and practices.
