Role & responsibilities
Drive Qualified Organic Leads
Increase high-intent organic leads for residential projects.
Improve organic contribution to total marketing leads MoM.
Reduce dependency on paid channels through sustainable organic growth.
Improve Search Engine Rankings
Achieve Top 35 rankings for high-conversion real estate keywords (location + property type).
Increase visibility for project-specific and branded searches.
Grow non-branded organic traffic with buyer intent.
Local SEO & Google Business Optimization
Improve visibility in Google Map Pack for project locations.
Optimize and manage Google Business Profile listings.
Increase calls, directions, and engagement from local searches.Website Optimization & Conversion Improvement
Optimize landing pages for search visibility and lead conversion.
Improve on-page SEO, internal linking, and technical SEO health.
Work closely with performance marketing team to improve landing page quality scores and conversion rates.
Content & Technical SEO Execution
Plan and execute SEO content strategy aligned with buyer intent (with Content team).
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Monitor Core Web Vitals, site speed, and overall SEO performance.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track rankings, organic traffic, leads, and conversion metrics.
Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Align SEO goals with overall marketing and sales objectives.

Essential Experience
3-6 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Proven track record of generating organic leads (not just traffic growth).
Experience ranking location-based keywords (local SEO focus).
Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS.
Strong exposure to on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Experience with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
Desired Experience
Experience in real estate or local service-based businesses.
Experience optimizing landing pages for lead generation.
Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams (Meta & Google Ads).
Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Experience handling Google Business Profile & local map ranking strategies.
