Role & responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers to pitch products/services, gather information, and generate sales leads.
- Inbound Handling: Answer customer calls, address questions, resolve complaints, and provide information.
- Lead Management: Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and transfer high-quality opportunities to relevant departments.
- Customer Data: Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system and update databases.
- Goal Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume, conversion, and sales targets.
- Adaptability: Modify sales pitches and approaches based on customer feedback and needs.

- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Patience, resilience (to handle rejection), and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work with scripts while remaining natural and empathetic.
