Job Description
- As an Approve team member at Exxat, your main role will involve reviewing medical documents uploaded by students and making approval or disapproval decisions based on the provided guidelines. You will need to interpret document guidelines accurately and compare them with the uploaded documents to ensure correct decisions. Additionally, you may be required to assist with other tasks such as non-medical document tickets, Salesforce data entry, and any other assignments given by your Manager.
In order to be successful in this role, you should actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions, align your individual goals with team objectives, and contribute to team and organizational activities. Being a self-learner is essential, and you should strive to complete your work accurately and efficiently.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Reviewing and approving medical documents such as CPR, HIPPA, OSHA, driver's licenses, school-specific forms, background and drug screenings, and any other relevant documents based on school/university guidelines.
- Interpreting document guidelines and comparing them with the uploaded documents to make informed approval/disapproval decisions.
- Assisting with additional job functions as assigned by your Manager, which may include tasks related to non-medical document tickets, Salesforce data entry, and more.
- Contributing to team activities and aligning individual goals with team objectives.
- Participating in knowledge sharing sessions and organizational activities.
- Being a self-learner and completing work accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications required for this role include:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a medical field.
- Proficiency in English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work any shift based on business requirements.
