Position - Manager Corporate finance

The purpose of the role for Manager Corporate Finance is to manage Financial Planning activities. This involves driving financial performance, providing strategic insights and financial analysis, and supporting operational excellence.

1. Good knowledge and hands on experience in preparing Annual Budgets. Monthly MIS & Variance analysis
2. Business Partnership with Marketing & Commercial Teams.
3. Good knowledge of State Excise laws, State Cost cards, Customs and Import procedures.
4. 
   Understanding and execution of Statutory, Tax Audits and other regulatory audits/compliances of an entity.
5. Monitoring of Receivables and stock and reporting variances.
6. Responsible for Vendor and Receivable management and Quarterly/Half yearly/yearly reconciliations with them.
7. Cost optimization initiatives for an entity.
8. Ensuring compliance of all Statutory Dues for an entity.
9. Hands on experience and good understanding of the Sales & Marketing functions. Ability to support and monitor the business with respect to collections, sales analysis and receivable.
10. Exposure to working in an ERP environment (SAP knowledge must).

11. Working knowledge of commercial terms and business contracts.
12. Knowledge of, Income Tax, GST, Sales Tax and Service Tax and local laws etc.

• 3+ Years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts in FMCG, FMCD and Alcohol Beverage
• SAP knowledge will be added advantage.
• Qualified CA only
