Role Overview:
As a Healthcare PPP Expert, you will sit at the intersection of public policy, infrastructure development, and clinical service delivery. You will work closely with government bodies, private healthcare providers, and internal multidisciplinary teams to structure, negotiate, and implement complex Public-Private Partnership projects. Your day-to-day will involve navigating the regulatory landscape of the Indian healthcare sector to design models that improve access to quality care while ensuring financial viability. By bridging the gap between public intent and private efficiency, you will play a pivotal role in shaping large-scale healthcare infrastructure that impacts millions of lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end advisory process for healthcare PPP projects, including feasibility studies, bid process management, and contract structuring to ensure project bankability.
- Develop robust financial models and risk-allocation frameworks to align the interests of public authorities and private investors.
- Engage with senior government stakeholders and policy makers to advocate for sustainable healthcare delivery models and regulatory reforms.
- Conduct detailed market assessments and demand forecasting to inform infrastructure planning and resource allocation for healthcare facilities.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting outputs, ensuring all project milestones are met within defined timelines and quality standards.
Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in structuring infrastructure projects with a specific focus on the healthcare sector, including a deep understanding of concession agreements and project finance.
- Strong analytical ability to translate complex policy requirements into actionable business strategies and financial frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and navigate high-stakes negotiations in a public policy environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale consulting engagements, characterized by the ability to synthesize data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- A postgraduate degree in Management, Public Policy, or Economics from a premier institute, complemented by 5 to 10 years of professional experience in healthcare consulting or infrastructure advisory.
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, hybrid work environment based in Delhi NCR, maintaining high standards of professional rigor and client service.
