EY - HR Transformation Role - GCC

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on GCC setup, scale-up, and maturity journeys.
• Design GCC people strategies covering talent, workforce planning, organization design, leadership, culture, and employee experience.
• Lead operating model and organization design initiatives across shared services, capability centers, and Global Business Services (GBS).
• Drive workforce transformation, future skills, location strategy, and leadership effectiveness programs.
• Support GCC transitions, service migrations, and large-scale transformation programs.
• Build trusted relationships with CXOs, GCC leaders, HR leaders, and transformation stakeholders.
• Lead consulting teams and manage end-to-end delivery of complex engagements.
• Contribute to market growth through business development, solutioning, proposals, and thought leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• 5 - 15 years of experience in consulting, GCCs, GBS, HR transformation, organization design, or workforce strategy.
• Experience in GCC setup, GCC scaling, operating model design, shared services transformation, or enterprise transformation.
• Strong consulting skills, including problem-solving, executive communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in the design and setup of HR Shared Services Centres.
• Ability to independently lead workstreams and engage with senior client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in solutioning, proposals, and business development.
• MBA from a leading institute preferred.
