Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to expand EzeRxs presence in Chandigarh.The ideal candidate will drive sales, foster partnerships, and contribute to our mission of creating affordable, accessible healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Growth:

Identify and approach potential clients, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, NGOs, government health department.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct and indirect sales strategies.

  • Market Research and Strategy:

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.

Develop and execute a regional business development plan aligned with the companys goals.

  • Partnership Building:

Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and community health organizations

Collaborate with government and private sector entities for partnerships and bulk deals.

  • Promotional Activities:

Represent EzeRx at health camps, trade fairs, and events in the region.

Organize workshops and training sessions for product demonstration and awareness.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local dialect is an advantage.
