Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and influential Head of Investor Relations with 12-18 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity/venture capital, or real estate investment. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy that effectively communicates our financial performance, strategic vision, and growth opportunities to a global audience. You will be the primary liaison between the firm and the investment community, playing a crucial role in enhancing our market perception, attracting capital, and driving investor confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive and proactive investor relations (IR) and investor communications strategy aligned with the firm's overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Craft compelling investor messaging, presentations, and communication materials that accurately reflect the firm's financial performance, operational achievements, strategic initiatives, and investment thesis.
Investor Engagement & Events Management:

- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of key investor events, including earnings calls, investor days, roadshows, industry conferences, and targeted one-on-one investor meetings.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of financial results, press releases, and regulatory filings to the investment community.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, project management, and strategy teams, to assimilate critical data, prepare financial forecasts, operational reports, and strategic updates for investor consumption.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of information shared with investors across all communication channels.
Relationship Building & Management:
- Build, cultivate, and maintain strong, credible relationships with a broad network of domestic and international investors (institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices), financial analysts, financial institutions, and credit rating agencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all investor inquiries, providing timely and insightful responses.
Market Intelligence & Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment related to the real estate sector and provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Analyze shareholder base and investor feedback to refine communication strategies and identify new investor targets.
Advisory Role:
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on investor perceptions, market expectations, and communication best practices.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 12-18 years of relevant professional experience in a highly analytical and finance-centric role within:
- Investment Banking (Equity Research, M&A, Capital Markets)
- Corporate Finance (FP&A, Treasury in a large corporation)
- Private Equity / Venture Capital
- Real Estate Investment firms
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing comprehensive investor relations strategies.
- Proven experience in planning and managing investor communication events (earnings calls, roadshows, investor days).
