Role Description The Data Analyst Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves designing and delivering training modules on data analytics, statistics, and data modeling to students preparing for careers as data professionals. The trainer will create structured lesson plans, hands-on exercises, case studies, and assessments to help learners develop industry-relevant analytical capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interactive classroom sessions, mentoring learners on projects, reviewing assignments, providing constructive feedback, and tracking learner progress. The Data Analyst Trainer will also collaborate with internal teams to update content based on evolving industry trends and to ensure training outcomes align with employer expectations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Data Analytics.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical concepts to real-world datasets.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Data Modeling, including structuring and interpreting complex data relationships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for teaching, explaining technical concepts clearly, and engaging diverse learner groups.
• Experience with tools commonly used in data analytics (such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or BI tools) is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in data or analytics domains is an advantage.
• Masters degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Ability to design curriculum, manage classroom dynamics, and support learners with varied skill levels is desirable.
• Advanced Excel & Power BI is Mandatory
