Job Description

    As a Customer Service Executive, your main responsibility will be to engage in proactive communication with dealers and direct customers in both B2B and B2C settings. You will be tasked with welcoming new customers, gathering feedback, ensuring timely support and service, maintaining organized customer sales and service data, and assisting in the conversion of leads acquired through various marketing channels by collaborating with the sales team.
    Your core duties will include making welcome calls to new customers and dealers post-installation or purchase, regularly obtaining feedback from customers to gauge their satisfaction with products and services, confirming that customers are receiving adequate support and addressing any immediate concerns, keeping customer sales and service data up-to-date using MS Excel, promptly noting and communicating any customer challenges or complaints to the relevant departments, working closely with the sales team to support and convert leads from digital marketing efforts, guiding and facilitating the onboarding process of new sales and service team members by explaining processes and systems, and maintaining professional and clear communication with B2B dealers and B2C customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    To excel in this role, you should possess a graduation degree in any discipline, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi, comfort with using MS Excel for data management and reporting, a customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle calls patiently and clearly, and the capability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to support sales conversions. Fluency in both Hindi and English is a must.

    This position offers a full-time job in a day shift schedule. The preferred languages for this role are English and Hindi. The work location is in-person.,
