URGENT REQUIREMENT

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop recruitment strategies in line with hiring plan.
• Collaborate with stake holders to identify talent needs. Determining the selection criteria.
• Source the right candidates using a variety of search methods, with highest level of speed and efficiencies.
• Shortlisting candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing screening in line with and company values.
• Maintain and submit hiring dashboards on weekly basis.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
• Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements in line with.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Lead employer branding initiatives.
• Manage manpower agencies/vendors.

Candidate profile -

1. Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: 6-8 years recruiting experience in handling end-to-end recruitment Pan-India. Candidates having hiring experience in BFSI shall be preferred. Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership, and integrity. Should possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.
