Job Description

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for target-based recruitment by achieving recruitment targets and collaborating with internal departments to determine recruitment needs within the specified timeframe. Additionally, you will engage in headhunting activities to identify specific profiles from ideal companies and successfully hire them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct target-based recruitment to achieve assigned goals
- Engage in headhunting activities to identify and hire specific profiles
- Source potential candidates through various channels such as online portals, job boards, social platforms, and employee referrals
- Post job advertisements on job sites and social media

- Maintain organized databases with candidates" information
- Conduct interviews using standardized screening techniques
- Assess skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates
- Facilitate pre-interview assessments and coordinate management interviews
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and complete necessary paperwork accurately
- Negotiate terms of hire with potential candidates
- Provide feedback to management regarding applications
Qualifications Required:

- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
- Familiarity with various recruitment channels and techniques
- Proficiency in maintaining organized databases and documentation
- Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations
- Willingness to continuously update job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional development
