Job Description
What role you will play in team: You'll provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with various tasks related to employee lifecycle management. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key to maintaining smooth HR operations.
What you will do: You’ll assist with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, data entry, and record keeping.
Key responsibility:
- Provide administrative support to HR professionals, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist with recruitment processes, such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding by preparing documents and coordinating training.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
- Process employee paperwork and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
- 0-1 year of experience in HR or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
