Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will lead the recruitment efforts for our hotel, ensuring we attract and hire top talent.
What you will do: You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for all hotel positions.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, networking).
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Manage the interview process and provide feedback to candidates.
- Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
