Talent Acquisition Manager

What role you will play in team: You will lead the recruitment efforts for our hotel, ensuring we attract and hire top talent.

What you will do: You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for all hotel positions.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, networking).
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage the interview process and provide feedback to candidates.
  
• Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
