About the role
We’re hiring a hands-on professional for the Finance Department (not bookkeeping) to keep supplier invoices, the payment schedule, bank statement reconciliations, forecasts, and budgeting fully under control. Advanced Google Sheets skills are essential.
Key responsibilities
1. Google Sheets (advanced): design multi-layered spreadsheets and automations (QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, REGEX, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting; Google Apps Script is a strong plus).
2. AP volume processing (200–300 supplier invoices/day): verify amounts and descriptions against the CRM, track terms, prioritize, and record items in the payment calendar; escalate discrepancies.
3. Bank statements: transfer statements to spreadsheets, match payments to invoices/orders, check fees/currencies/VAT, and reconcile accuracy.
4. Financial forecasting: build rolling cash-flow models (incl. 13-week), scenario analysis, and working-capital needs.
5. Expenses & budgeting: collect and classify OPEX/CAPEX, create and maintain budgets, run BvA (budget vs actual), analyze variances, and recommend optimizations.
Must-have qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics (required).
• 3+ years in finance operations / AP / treasury / financial analysis (not pure bookkeeping).
• Fluent English for emails, documents, and calls.
• Strong Google Sheets proficiency; Excel is a plus.

• Experience with CRM/ERP data reconciliation (e.g., Odoo/Zoho/NetSuite/1C/custom).
• High attention to detail, speed, deadline discipline, and confidentiality.
Nice to have
• Background in B2B, procurement, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Multi-currency payments, VAT across jurisdictions, LCs/guarantees.
• Dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI.
Compensation
• Salary: AED 7,000/month.
