Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Address client needs, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage client accounts, ensure seamless service delivery by coordinating with internal teams, and handle project deliverables.
- Gather client feedback through surveys and other methods to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
