- Farmley is looking for a highly driven Senior Financial Analyst to help the top management of the company in Financial Analysis and other day-to-day matters pertaining to Finance & Operations. Person in this role will play a critical role in mining vast amount of financial and operational data of the company as well as industry.

- This is a unique position which requires solid functional expertise coupled with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Person in this role will directly report to Head of Finance, and will get opportunities to work closely with the Founders and heads of various business teams.
About the role:
- Work closely with Head of Finance and Founders on special projects of strategic importance
- Responsible for mining financial and operational data from ERP, giving insights to management and help in strategic planning
- Variance Analysis - Analytics around COGS, Inventory, Payables, Receivables, etc.

- Assistance in Internal Controls and Process improvement
- Prepare business plans and financial projections of the company
- Support Equity and Debt Fund-raise for the company
- Interactions with Investors, Lenders and other third-parties
- Prepare presentations for internal and external discussions
- Focus on automation at zenith level to bring in efficiency in internal operations processes
- Support ad-hoc projects, presentations and analysis as required by senior management
- Ability to independently analyze, lead, and present with very limited guidance is pre-requisite for this role.

- Education background: CA or MBA Finance (from Top-Tier B-Schools) with 3-5 years of experience post-qualification (preferably in FMCG industry)
- Experience in Investment Banks / Management Consulting can be considered
- Strong analytical skills to reach clear-cut, methodical solutions
- Ability to solve complex business problems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- An ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment
