Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer with proven experience in luxury real estate design projects to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have digital/advertising agency experience and be an immediate joiner. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing creatives for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, and print media.

• Create branding assets, brochures, presentations, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Develop engaging layouts, typography, and imagery that reflect luxury brand standards.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketing strategists, and video teams to ensure cohesive designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital use, ensuring correct formats and specifications.
• Stay updated with design trends, especially in luxury real estate marketing.
• Manage and organize design assets, source files, and backups systematically.
• Support on-site shoots or events with design requirements when necessary.
  

Key Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Graphics Designing or related creative field.
• Proven experience in designing for luxury real estate brands.
• Mandatory: Prior work experience in a Digital / Advertising Agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality designs.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, layouts, and branding principles.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong visual communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Immediate joiners preferred candidates who can start right away will be prioritized.
