Job Description
- The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. You will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
This is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Your role will involve handling various HR as well as Administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. The position will be based in Mumbai, VT.

To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, along with 5+ years" experience in Human Resources. You should possess strong recruiting skills and a demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, you should have expertise in training managers and employees, as well as strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills. Attention to detail and good judgment are also essential qualities for this position.,
