Onboarding Analyst

Overview of Team: The People Services team at Finastra provides consistent high-quality HR Services to Employees across our global locations.

The People Services – Employee Onboarding Analyst role within the People Services Team is based out of Bangalore and is responsible for delivering a smooth onboarding experience for our new hires globally.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Act as the primary touch point for global candidates throughout their onboarding journey from signing the offer to Day 1




• Answer candidate queries regarding their onboarding





• Use procedures and processes to drive a consistent onboarding experience across all global Finastra locations




• Create and issue contracts and other hire documentation to candidates using standard templates

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of previous experience in HR Operations (nice to have EMEA knowledge)




• Excellent communication skills




• Experience working in HR shared services organizations serving multiple geographies

• Experience working on HR ERP solutions like Workday & case management solutions like ServiceNow




• Self-motivated, proactive, able to adapt new ways of working driven by policies or process improvement, shows ownership and accountability




• Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and manage own workload




• Teamwork, attention to details, strong employee focus, empathy, problem solving
