The Impact Youll Drive

• Build trusted relationships with influencer agencies and creators for smoother, faster negotiations
• Manage daily cost negotiations for campaigns, ensuring we deliver maximum value to clients
• Maintain a cost intelligence database with benchmarks by platform, creator tier, and category
• Track and report on savings, efficiencies, and negotiation wins using advanced Excel tools
• Support bulk deals and long-term rate structures with agencies alongside your lead
• Collaborate with project managers and strategists to ensure recommendations are commercially feasible

What Youll Bring

Get Hired
• 1-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, media buying, or negotiations
• Strong negotiation skills and a commercial-first mindset
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis, benchmarking, and reporting
• Working knowledge of Generative AI tools for pricing research, workflow hacks, or prep
• Great relationship-building skills with both talent managers and internal teams
• Passion for the influencer ecosystemplatforms, creators, and culture
• Ability to multitask across campaigns and categories in a fast-paced environment
