• 57 years of experience in media planning/performance marketing (digital-first agency preferred)
• Hands-on experience building and executing Annual Operating Plans (AOPs)
• Expertise in Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360 and tools like GA4, Search Ads 360
• Comfort with GenAI tools for planning, forecasting, and creative media solutions
• Proven success in managing campaigns, leading teams, and scaling performance outcomes
• Sharp strategic thinking and confident presentation skills
• Strong team leadership, collaboration, and cross-functional communication abilities
