Predictive Analytics Engineer

What role you will play in team: You'll be a core member of our team building predictive models to optimize delivery routes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you will do: You will leverage data science techniques to build, implement and maintain models for real-time route optimization and package tracking prediction.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for route optimization and delivery time prediction.
• Analyze large datasets of logistics data.
• Work closely with operations teams to integrate models into existing systems.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, making adjustments as needed.
  
• Collaborate with other engineers and data scientists.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for model training and deployment.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills (Python, Java, or similar).
• Experience with machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, time series).
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
