Team Lead Trainer

Your job:

• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of apprenticeship training programs in Electrical Engineering and IT, ensuring alignment with industry standards and operational needs
• Lead and manage practical and theory-integrated training in Electronics, ElectricalEngineering, PLCs, Networking, and Microcontrollers
• Drive adoption of emerging IT topics including Programming, IoT, Cybersecurity, AI, BigData, and Cloud Computing
• Partner with Operations, TEC, and HR to define skill requirements, recruit apprentices, and guide selection processes
  
• Coach trainers, promote innovative teaching methods, and implement digital learning platforms (e.g.,FestoLX)
• Enhance training quality, ensuring alignment with German dual training standards and local industry demands

Your qualification:

• 812 years experience with 3-5 years in vocational or technical training, including curriculum design and apprentice development

• Strong background in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or IT with hands-on expertise in industrial automation, PLC programming, and electrical installations
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience as a trainer, coordinator, or team lead
