    Role Summary (Impact in this Role): Objective/Purpose of the Position
    As a Salesforce System Support Specialist, your primary responsibility is to perform general declarative Salesforce administrative tasks, contribute to the ongoing maintenance and development of our Salesforce instance, assist in delivering high-quality enhancements, and provide 1st tier support for the organization. Your role involves day-to-day support, administration of Salesforce, ensuring data cleanliness, and generating/analyzing reports ranging from simple to complex.
    Areas of Responsibility: Essential Functions
    - Manage Salesforce continuous improvement projects end-to-end, collaborating cross-functionally to gather requirements, ideate solutions, and oversee implementation and testing.
    - Identify areas for enhancement and cross-functional dependencies, brainstorm solutions, and recommend optimal paths.
    - Gain a deep understanding of sales systems and processes, offering insights into the impact of potential configuration changes.
    - Oversee Salesforce configuration projects, including declarative automation, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
    - Assist in onboarding and project training/enabling for sales tools and processes.
    - Generate and analyze reports from Salesforce based on business needs, as requested by the sales and sales management team.
    - Provide day-to-day support and administration for Salesforce.
    - Manage user and license aspects, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
    - Maintain data cleanliness, identify and rectify data inaccuracies within systems.
    - Handle user support tickets, bulk data management, and deal desk processes.
    Preferred Experience/Qualifications
    - 0-5 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

    - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (related analytical degrees will be considered).
    - Salesforce Admin Certification is advantageous.
    - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
    - Desire to learn and understand all aspects of company operations, interacting with various departments.
    - Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
    - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    - Working knowledge of SQL Server or academic background in SQL preferred.
    - Willingness to travel 0-10% annually within the U.S. for team meetings and offsites.
