You will work closely with cross functional teams, including telephony engineers and customer experience specialists to ensure the virtual agent aligns with business objectives and delivers seamless user experienc

• s.Ensure smooth integration with telephony protocols, IVR platforms and backend systems for robust call handlin
• g.Partner with customer experience teams to design conversational flows that are intuitive and user centri
• c.Incorporate feedback from users to continuously refine the virtual agents performanc
• e.Work closely with AI teams to enhance the virtual agents understanding and responsiveness and optimize system scalability, reliability and security for handling high call volume
• s.Leverage analytics to monitor key metrics such as call resolution rates, customer satisfaction and virtual agent effectivenes
