Of everything on this list, this is the closest to an actual IB analyst workflow. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Building comparable company tables, which means screening the peer set, calculating multiples, and documenting every adjustment 2. Maintaining a precedent transactions database for Indian M&A 3. Reading deal announcements and pulling out structure, consideration, and rationale 4. Building and formatting slides that summarise sector deal activity 5.
