Job Description
- 5–8 years of experience in software project management or Scrum Master roles.
- 3+ years hands on experience running Scrum ceremonies for software development teams.
- Minimum 2 years experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud) in an enterprise environment, including 1 year as a Scrum Master.
- Exposure to API–based automation and CI/CD pipelines - GitHub, GitHub Actions, and/or Azure DevOps pipelines in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong experience in project coordination, planning, execution, and cross functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and within approved scope.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel software development projects in a fast paced environment.
- Experience handling large, complex, and integrated technical initiatives.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflictre solution abilities.
- Experience with project estimation, budgeting awareness, and scope/quality control.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to motivate, guide, and influence high performing teams.
- Experience improving standards, processes, documentation, and team workflows.
