About The Role
As a Solutions Consultant at FinBox, you will partner with Account Executives to win and grow strategic accounts by translating FinBoxs credit infrastructure and risk intelligence platforms into outcome-driven solutions for Banks, NBFCs and Fintech lenders. You will lead discovery, solution design, and buyer-centric demos that showcase how FinBox can accelerate digital lending, embedded credit, and partnership lending programs while meeting regulatory and risk objectives.
Reframed Key Responsibilities

• Discovery & Solution Design
• Conduct deep discovery on customer journeys, tech stack, credit policies,and partnership models to identify value levers for FinBox solutions.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures using FinBox APIs and platforms (Prism, BRE, Risk intelligence, Credit infrastructure) aligned to business,risk, and compliance needs.
• Presales Assets & Demos
• Build and deliver tailored demos, PoCs, and walkthroughs that move conversations from features to measurable business outcomes (AUM growth, GNPA control, time-to-market, unit economics).
• Create solution decks, configuration documents, and proposal inputs (scopes, assumptions, phasing) for RFPs/RFIs and large pursuits in partnership with Account Executives.

Get Hired
• Stakeholder & Deal Management
• Act as the primary technical and product point of contact in deals, handling queries from business, risk, product, technology, InfoSec, and operations stakeholders on the customer side.
• Support commercial negotiations with solution-level clarification, effort estimates, and rollout plans, ensuring feasibility and success metrics are clearly defined.
• Implementation Handover & Feedback Loop
• Document agreed architectures, configurations, and success KPIs, and ensure smooth handover to Delivery / Customer Success teams after deal closure.
• Continuously channel client and market feedback into Product and Engineering to influence roadmap for risk models, decisioning, and embedded credit capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills for translating technical detail into simple, outcome-focused narratives for CXO, business, and tech stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and solutioning mindset with exposure to digital lending, LOS/LMS, bureau data, and embedded finance models.
• Ability to run discovery workshops, design solution architectures, and drive PoCs under tight timelines while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering
