Job Description
- You will be responsible for business development in the field of basebuild and office interior fit out in Mumbai with 8 to 10 years of experience. Your primary responsibilities will include negotiating and closing sales opportunities to meet sales targets, building professional customer relationships, maintaining a long-term active pipeline, and delivering exceptional sales and tender documents.
In this role, you will represent the company at industry events, maintain awareness of competitor activity and market trends, and ensure that the City/Regional Director is fully informed of all activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with the business development team to explore new business opportunities and adhere to appropriate sign-offs for new opportunities.

To be successful in this position, you must have proven sales/business development experience, the ability to create high-quality sales documents and deliver presentations, and experience in interacting with various stakeholders. A qualification in BE/BTech-Civil or relevant field is required. Key skills for this role include sales negotiation, tender document preparation, networking, business development, customer relationship management, market analysis, and presentation skills.,
