Job Description
- You will be responsible for financial planning and budgeting, including developing the financial plan and annual budget aligned with strategic goals and preparing detailed operating budgets for various departments. Additionally, you will work with the operations team to evaluate manufacturing costs and propose strategies for efficiency improvements. It will be your responsibility to identify and mitigate financial risks related to cost overruns or inefficiencies.
You will also be tasked with preparing financial statements such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, while ensuring compliance with tax regulations, industry standards, and accounting principles. Furthermore, you will work with the promoter or leadership team to evaluate funding requirements and strategies, including loans, equity, or internal reserves.
To excel in this role, you should have experience in a financial analyst/financial consultant role, particularly in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry. Possessing a CA qualification is mandatory. Your skillset should include proficiency in financial modeling, accounting standards, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and business intelligence tools. You should also have a strong ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights, coupled with knowledge of cost drivers, operational processes, and financial dynamics in the EMS or PCBA industry.
