UI/UX Designer

About The Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team and create engaging, user-centric designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, visual design, and interaction design to craft seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to enhance user experience. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement design solutions. Create high-fidelity mockups, UI components, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Ensure design consistency across all platforms and adhere to brand guidelines. Analyze user behavior and feedback to make data-driven design improvements. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards. Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user research. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development basics is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A strong portfolio showcasing past UI/UX projects.
