Job Description
What role you will play in team: You'll be responsible for driving new business within our recruitment division, building relationships with clients and exceeding sales targets.
What you will do: Your primary focus will be on generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibility:
- Identify and pursue potential clients needing recruitment services.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
- Develop customized recruitment strategies for each client.
- Present proposals outlining recruitment solutions and pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closure.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to onboarding.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process.
