Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer, for various roles across different departments within the company. You will partner closely with hiring managers and build strong relationships with candidates.
What you will do: You will create job descriptions, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process. You will utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Write compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality applicants.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating compensation packages.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven ability to source candidates effectively using various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
