About the Role

We are looking for a Data Scientist who can build, evaluate, and deploy data-driven models to solve real-world business problems. You will work across the full data science lifecyclefrom understanding business requirements and data exploration to modeling, validation, and communicating insights.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy statistical and machine learning models

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and trends

Translate business problems into data science solutions

Engineer and select features from structured and unstructured data

Evaluate models using appropriate metrics and validation techniques

Collaborate with engineering and business teams to productionize models

Design and analyze experiments and A/B tests

Communicate insights, results, and limitations clearly to stakeholders

Maintain documentation and ensure reproducibility

Monitor model performance and data drift

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

35 years of hands-on experience in data science or applied machine learning

Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R

Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra

Experience with machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering)

Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis

Ability to explain complex models in a business-friendly way

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines)

Experience with big data tools (Spark, Databricks)

Domain experience in sports analytics, healthcare, finance, SaaS, or e-commerce
